3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet service failures.
